Terms and Conditions - LUMENS LUX REWARDS PROGRAM

  1. PROGRAM. The Lumens Lux Rewards Program (the "Program") is offered by Lumens, LLC ("Lumens") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM. Lumens may change these Terms or cancel the Program at any time. Please check the Terms on this page for any updates.
  2. ENROLLMENT. No purchase is necessary to enroll in the Program. You can enroll at any time by creating an account at www.lumens.com, logging in to your account, selecting “Lumens Lux Rewards” on your account dashboard and clicking “Yes, Sign Me Up.” You can opt out of the Program at any time by contacting Customer Service at (877) 445-4486.
  3. ELIGIBILITY. The Program is open to residents of the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada, eighteen (18) years of age and older.
  4. HOW TO EARN POINTS.
    1. Customers enrolled in the Program will earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
    2. Points are earned on the actual purchase price paid, after all discounts and exclude shipping and taxes.
    3. Points are awarded after the products are shipped and will be deducted for any returns made.
  5. HOW TO REDEEM POINTS. Customers enrolled in the Program will automatically receive a $25 voucher for every 500 points earned and will be notified by email using the address provided in association with the account. In addition, points will also appear in the rewards tab in My Account. At checkout, enter the voucher code and click "Apply" and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the purchase price (subject to the limitations noted below).
  6. LIMITATIONS. Points and dollar reward vouchers are non-transferrable. If the voucher exceeds the total purchase price of the purchase it is applied to, the remaining voucher balance is forfeited. Vouchers cannot be retroactively applied toward any previous Lumens purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Lumens is not responsible for accidental redemption of vouchers. Vouchers may not apply to some brands and products or on some promotional or sale products. Vouchers may not be combined with other Lumens programs, promotions, or discounts.
  7. EXPIRATION. Points expire three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date the points were earned. Vouchers expire ninety (90) days from the date the vouchers were earned.
  8. RIGHTS RESERVED. Lumens reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information that a participant provides. Lumens has the right not to issue points and vouchers and to cancel points and vouchers already issued at its discretion if duplicate accounts or any other fraudulent activity is suspected. Lumens also reserves the right to disqualify participants from the Program for violations of these Term at its discretion.
  9. GENERAL. These Terms incorporate by reference Lumens' General Terms and Conditions, located at https://www.lumens.com/customer-service/terms-and-conditions.html and Privacy Policy, located at https://www.lumens.com/customer-service/privacy-policy.html and customers who enroll in the Program hereby agree to be bound thereby.
